Office Virtual Manager
Wono has expand where we now have offices in the United States and Europe. We need help managing our offices and making sure everyone is moving smoothly. In 2020 we opened up our new office in Europe and looking for someone to come on and lead it. Wono is looking to hire a virtual office manager to be responsible for the general operation of our virtual office. Duties will involve answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies via the internet, booking meetings, organizing calendar for C-level, and ensuring maximum productivity. You will also be required to create presentations and produce management-level reports. This virtual office manager will work with our office manager in Boston to collaborate and make sure both offices are running efficient and that we keep expanding. Key responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming emails and delivering world-class service to our customers 2. Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules 3. Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations for our C-level 4. Purchasing office supplies and equipment online 5. Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts 6. Creating presentations and other management-level reports Salary: Compensation will be distributed on a by-weekly basis Coordination: Applicants will be coordinating with the team based out of Boston,Massachusetts USA. Work Timings: Wono functions on Eastern Timezone but for this position, the candidate will be able to work remotely and work in current timezone. Other: This position is a contract position and after 3months will convert to a full time position with benefits.
