My main duties are to provide high-level administrative support that involves preparing reports, sending replies to mail, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and planning business trips.  Support the MD in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision-making.  Handling confidential information  Draft correspondence, including memoranda, organizational reporting, and other documents.  Support by assisting with incoming calls, emails, time requests, preparing appropriate responses and follow-up tasks  Coordinate for collection of daily and monthly sales reports, and process monthly travel expense reports.
