I have more than 6 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for telco account (AT&T) handling billing for mobile, cable and internet connections which also includes Technical Support and Order Processing. I also had an experience in sales account (restaurant.com), where I called and talked to restaurant owners and managers to include their restaurants in our website listings. I have several Data Entry experiences and had also performed some VA tasks. I also worked for the Department of Education as a translator for modules (English-Filipino, English-Cebuano and English-Hiligaynon) for High School students.
