I have been a Sr Admin for over 10 years now, I am proficient in microsoft office, google suites, outlook, SAP, square business, and quickbooks. I have a very outgoing personality and get along well with everyone but I am also great at working on my own.

I've worked as customer care specialist for various BPO companies. I've supported different countries and different line of business such as; finance, logistic, transportation (land and air) and telecommunications. I have intermediate knowledge using Zendesk. I can work on Microsoft Office and Google apps. I've been a Subject Matter Expert in 2 companies, supporting US financial account and UK transportation account. I was also a Delivery and Marketing Manager for 2 years.
