Job responsibilities:  To provide high level administrative support that involves preparing reports, scheduling meetings, planning business trips, managing information by the Managing Director  Support the MD in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required.  Handling of confidential information which requires discretion and diplomacy.  Draft or edit correspondence including memoranda, organisational reporting and other documents.  Support by assisting with incoming calls, emails, and time requests, and prepare appropriate responses or follow-up tasks Other Work:  Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.  Verifies and logs receipt of data.  Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.  Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards  Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.  Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents  Fast typing skills  Excellent knowledge of word processing tools  10 years of experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)  Basic understanding of databases  Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills  Great attention to detail  Team player  Good time-management skills  Great interpersonal and communication skills
