I am an optimistic reliable, flexible to any changes, enthusiastic and hardworking person who has more than 6 years of working experience on various BPO companies in the Philippines. Provided US, Australian, Canadian and British accounts with professional, efficient and world-class service through phone and email. Handling concerns over the phone, live chat, Zendesk and have experienced various tools from every company I've been with has improved my technical, analytical and communication skills. With all the experiences I've had, I'm still eager to learn more and share more of the ideas and services to both my future internal and external customers.
