Hello, 🙋‍♀️ I'm Megha Bhattacharya, a human resource professional who brings people together, find sparkling talents, support teams & create great things. 'My aim is to create a culture of emotional and mental wellbeing' In the era of digitalization💻, valuing & taking care of the workforce becomes crucial. Being an introvert since childhood to getting a tag of the most talkative girl in college was a life-changing realization.💯 I took a challenge 💪 to come out of the nutshell and be a people's person. I grabbed the opportunity of Marketing Internship👩‍💼where I addressed people and their issues, held meetings with CEO's of HR consultancy, interacted with University placement heads and clients. It helped me build my confidence and thus, it gave me a clear picture that my relationships with people are most valued to me. I discovered my passion for people and hence I wanted to build my career in people management.🤝 I was lucky enough to find an opportunity as a recruiter where I searched for amazing new talents.
