I have been a Sr Admin for over 10 years now, I am proficient in microsoft office, google suites, outlook, SAP, square business, and quickbooks. I have a very outgoing personality and get along well with everyone but I am also great at working on my own.

a) An experienced Executive Assistant providing Administrative and Business support to the senior executives. b) A motivated self-starter, able to quickly grasp issues and attend to details. I have been working as an Executive Assistant to the M.D. for the last 5 years. My main duties are to provide high-level administrative support that involves preparing reports, sending replies to mail, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and planning business trips.  Support the MD in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision-making.  Handling confidential information  Draft correspondence, including memoranda, organizational reporting, and other documents.  Support by assisting with incoming calls, emails, time requests, preparing appropriate responses and follow-up tasks  Coordinate for collection of daily and monthly sales reports, and process monthly travel expense reports.
