I have more than 10 years of experience in on-site Project Management in the Philippines, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia. I also have 2 years of Virtual Job Experience in the United States and Australia through Onlinejobs.ph and Upwork platforms. My experiences range from Building Estimates, Construction supervision in Civil Works and installations of Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, and Air-conditioning systems, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems in General Construction, Power Plants, and Oil and Gas Projects. The project that I handled started from the planning stage right through to handover to clients.
I also have experience in Real Estate Residential Construction and remodeling/renovation in the United States.
I also have experience in Facilities Maintenance and Management in Building (Mall Operations) and Oil and Gas facilities in which I learned how to troubleshoot Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems for day-to-day operations.
I also have experience in Service Operations for Building and Industrial facilities during my employment with Concepcion-Carrier Air-conditioning Company in the Philippines.
My last jobs in the United States and Australia are Virtual Project Administrator, Construction Estimator, and Project Manager. My primary task was to make an estimate for the materials and to generate a list of contractors and suppliers near our project sites and then request quotes and prices for the project. I also make the documents and contracts for the contractors and deeds for the client (property buyer) of the project. Being a Virtual Project Administrator, Manager, and Construction Estimator, I must be keen on details in their quotations, Datasheets, and specifications before including their product and their quotes in our procurement master file in Google Drive. I am having constant communication with these suppliers/manufacturers and contractors through emails and by talking with them when required through Skype, WhatsApp, Hangouts, Google Voice, Ring Central, and Viber applications. And as a Project Administrator and Manager, I must always have constant communication with the team during office hours through Hangouts, Ring Central, and Google Voice for the updates for the project schedules.
I have composed and provided Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) Procedures, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification (HAZID), Method Statements, and Procedures for some construction and maintenance projects. I have also provided Research Works, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Root Cause Analysis, Technical Analysis, and technical reports for my previous company’s clients.
I have experience in on-site and remote construction project management.
I like working on projects with a team that cares about working to achieve early completion. I am delighted to work closely with any existing freelancers as possible teammates, and I have built long-term relationships with my previous companies. I am also looking for a long-term job.
