Preparing Proforma Invoices for the customers/distributor as per requests. Attending the meeting and giving the suggestions in new processes or new SOP related to order punching to ease the way as well as to save time. Generating packing lists as well as Invoice Copies in SAP after the order gets released in the system. Responsible for Filing All the Original Purchase Orders & Other Documents related to the order punching process for Audit Purpose. Generating MIS as per Location-wise & ZM Wise.
