Responsible for Processing, Executing, Validating and Managing end to end recruitment of potential corporate & unit professionals . Specialized in Junior, Middle & Senior Level Recruitment. Responsible for sourcing profiles from different sources like Jobs Sites, Job Postings and References. Job Posting through Ads in websites like Naukri, LinkedIn etc. Identifying the target companies in terms of database, newspapers, networking and survey. Expertise in Talent Search, References. Being a part of the Recruitment team responsible for Brand Building Candidate management. – Compensation negotiation, resolving queries at the time of Initial screening etc. Ensure to keep lowest TAT and hire quality resources. Short-listing of candidates and scheduling for the rounds of interviews by coordinating between the panelists and the candidates. Maintaining the huge database by making regular additions and updating of present resumes. Negotiate Salary & Convincing Candidates to join on Due dates Pre-offer Follow up - Scheduling interview, getting feedback from both Interviewer & Candidate after the interview. Post-offer Follow up - Gauge Candidate's interest and motivate the candidate to join.
