Theatre Artist Caitlin Fischer, Writing & Content

Caitlin has always been a performer at heart, from attempting to play the piccolo in middle school to making up dances with her sister in their bedroom (and forcing their mom to watch). Once Caitlin got the role of Squirrel #4 in her community theatre’s production of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, she had found her true calling ;) Originally from Mendham, New Jersey, Caitlin recently graduated from Boston University with a BFA in Acting and minor in Earth & Environmental Science. At Boston University, she was the Music Director for the all-female a cappella group "Chordially Yours". She is also an alumnus of the Physical Theatre semester program at the Accademia dell’arte in Arezzo, Italy where she studied Commedia dell'arte mask work and what it means to be a true collaborator. Her other passions besides acting include singing, musical arranging, battling climate change, weightlifting, spoken word poetry, and finding the best restaurants in any new city. She is currently training to receive her 200 hour RYT Yoga Training Certification
