It’s not the tools in my graphic design toolkit, though I have a few really good ones, or the notches on my “belt of experience” that motivate me, it’s the joy of being trusted to deliver high quality design that wakes me up every day. I love the experience of working in a team on a project with our goal being to deliver killer work. For the last 18 years I've worked behind a series of desks pushing pixels around and realizing ideas visually through graphics. I speak the visual language of design very well and understand what needs to be done to create impactful and meaningful art.
