Responsibilities 1 (Billing Analyst) Educating customers about their bills and resolving billing errors. Making an arrangement with customer and processing the payment of the bills. Before and after sales call assistance: I provide the information of the Company products. Processing device order for customer (Phone, Sim, iPad, Tablet). Proper transfer of customer in case of dissatisfied/return policy. Level 1 Tech support: Troubleshooting internet connection, online profile and Software. A Basic troubleshooting of their devices. Responsibility 2: Channel care (Back office) Proactively handling Calls, chat, and emails (through CRM and Outlook) to troubleshoot dealers and retailers system login issues. Negotiate Corporate contracts and resolved dissatisfied customer inquiries and services. I was administrating the Intern security before I authorized or processed the following tasks: an Account activation, a cancellation, a transfer of ownership, a migration or a Port of a Carrier. I always Managed calls regarding fraud issues, and I tried a tentative resolution before escalating to the proper department.
