I did a one month internship in a start up, I was responsible for managing the major Human Resource processes, including Recruiting, Basic IT Recruitment, Hiring and Onboarding Employees. I was also responsible for HR operations, like maintaining employee records I did a 3 month internship in a start-up, which ended in this November, where I was in the Placement Cell, and I was responsible for Email Marketing, Hiring and conducting interviews, I was also responsible for the Onboarding and Induction process of the new joinees. Lastly, I was enthrusted for being the Reporting Manager of the Legal Team of the company. While working for the above mentioned internship I also did a one month internship to enhance my skills in recruitment and management. I was responsible for recruiting job seekers from job portals and assist them in completeting the task before deadline specified by the authorities. I have also finished an internship with a reputed instituition in the initial part of the year of 2020 and I want to take my acquired knowledge further. Actually, I started my education to pursue CA certificate, as a good start I completed my CA foundation level with a good score later I started struggling where I missed CA inter level with an edge of 3 marks not one time ,couple of times then I decided to know new things so I changed my direction to competitive world then I wrote CAT exam as a practice attempt but surprisingly I got 71 percentile. My purpose of applying for this job is not to gain work experience but to know the work that an accountant can do because I will complete my CA in lateral stages, more over I am a very fast learner. I was personally waiting for your call to showcase my decent talent which will definitely meets up your requirements, I will promise that to never make this job as my burden , I was very hungry like a lion to do this job , I will duly recognize every benefit to the organization as a credit and make sure to undermine the non profitable which is debited. I was eligible to this job because I got decent score in financial management and I have proper guidance on how to handle the finance controlling sector, even I got great score couple of times in cost accounting & management, even from childhood leadership skills are meant for me, I always believe in making strategies and in every aspect of life we need SWOT analysis it make sure us to think for the future so that we can manage our concerned skills in proper & authentic way.
