Selena Frongillo
United States, Hopedale
Digital Advertising Associate Selena Frongillo, Writing & Content
Currently, I am a Digital Advertising Associate at a marketing firm called Carnegie Dartlet, where I provide high quality digital marketing strategy for nine different colleges. However, while I graduated with my BS in Marketing Communication, I minored in Professional Writing and am looking for a position in which I can utilize this passion fully. I am confident that the combination of writing skills and infatuation for long-form that I possess will bring strong components to your team. Writing has been a huge part of my life since I can remember. For example, while studying abroad in Perugia, Italy for 4 months, I maintained a travel blog, and also wrote various blogs that turned into an E-book for an internship at another marketing agency. Most recently, I began volunteer blogging for a women’s empowerment company called She Will Speak. I write blogs for them weekly, which mainly revolve around feminism, and empowerment. Additionally, I have created my own personal blog called The Shower Thoughts Series, in which I post motivational blogs on various life topics. It is truly my goal to write engaging, relevant, and relatable content and have the ability to write for various tones and industries. I hope to be able to become a part of WONO Inc’s team and believe that the benefits will be mutually gained. I am well versed in professional writing and feel as though I will excel in this position.

Emily Dhoble
United States, Philadelphia
Digital Marketer Emily Dhoble, Writing & Content
I am a recent graduate from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Throughout my academic career, I gained professional experience in 4 internship positions, ranging from 6 months to 1 year each. My time working for the Philadelphia Flyers strengthened my ability to manage projects from start to finish, review written and digital promotional content for clearness and conciseness prior to release, and above all, turned me into the ultimate team player. Having the responsibility to manage the overall production and presentation of nearly 40 professional hockey games and events truly solidified my organizational skills and ability to interact with my colleagues to achieve great results. Following the end of my internship, I was able to connect with the Flyers in-game entertainment team and was offered a position managing their social media, website, and other marketing promotions. In this position, I utilize a variety of marketing tools such as Hootsuite and Facebook/Instagram Ads, as well as applications like Canva and Adobe for designing promotional content. Thus far, I have grown the brand's social media accounts by nearly 2,000 followers and heavily increased site traffic. Personally, I also manage an Instagram business account for my pet that recently hit 17,000 followers. I have always thrived in fast-paced environments where I can apply my responsive personality and ability to quickly develop a pool of solutions or potential new strategies.

Samir Lal
United States, Washington
Crafty Content Creator (Corporate/College/Casual) Samir Lal, Writing & Content
Good afternoon, folks. The name's Samir, and I'm here to add some flavor to your words. I have a whole cupboard full of spices, gathered from far and wide, that are guaranteed to jazz up even the dullest of sentences. Why do it? I know how frustrating corporate communication can be. I've had to trudge through my fair share of lifeless emails, each sentence more vacuous than the last. I know how it feels to want to tear your eyes out of their sockets after seeing the same clichéd lingo over and over again. Well, it doesn't have to be this way. I'm here to help ensure it isn't. So, what say you? Yay or nay? Yay-ers, shoot me an email; I'll respond back with that same message, but coated in my own special seasoning. I hope you enjoy the taste. Students need not fear, either. I'm quite hip to the research paper game, having read (and authored) countless pieces of academic journalism during my time as an Economics major. Once I recover the files from my previous laptop, which has decided to abandon me after years of loyal service, I will attach some examples of my scholastic output. As for those of you outside of the corporate world, you're in even bigger luck. Not to toot my own horn, but I'm somewhat of a storyteller of sorts; at least, I enjoy writing them. In addition to stories, I write poetry and music as well. I'll attach one of my first works of fiction so you can get a sense of how exactly I write, and whether or not it's something you'd be interested in more of. (serious inquiries welcome...silly inquiries preferred) Hope to hear from at least one of you!

Dave Shively
United States, Lahaina
Writer/Designer Dave Shively, Writing & Content
I've been a designer for 33 years and as Production Director for Lahaina Printsellers, Ltd. (1996-2020), I created, developed and managed all facets of the production department. I was responsible for producing every order, stock print and display piece. In other words, my hands have been on every print you see in the galleries and nearly every print we produced since 1996. I co-wrote, designed and developed all promotional and advertising materials. I was solely responsible for creating custom presentations for hotel projects and destination groups. I provided assistance with sales, marketing and merchandising strategies. I also assisted several local artists form their commercial identities and market their work. I took on wide-format printing technology and the advances that came with the trade to help shape the company become the most successful giclée gallery on Maui. https://www.rarebookhub.com/articles/2552/print?page_id=4607 The challenges that were brought about last year by the Covid pandemic, prompted me to end my career with Lahaina Printsellers and put my decades of design, printing and art business experience together to create my online art gallery, Maui Visions. (www.mauiartprints.com). I designed and wrote all content on my site and shot every product shown. This side project is a work in progress and I’m expanding my gallery collections and services every day.
