One of my main KPIs was to increase engagement and followers without any paid promotion during the pandemic for one of the company’s corporate brands. Within a span of four months, I was able to single-handedly take engagement rate to about 5% and gain close to 4000 followers. For another similar brand which is very new in the market, I was able to increase engagement rate to 7.5%. All this was possible because of a thorough content strategy and targeted marketing as part of the digital marketing plan. 4. A vital part of my current role is to ensure I coordinate with top stakeholders of the company so as to plan and execute marketing campaigns in line with organisational goals.
