In my most recent position I was cross trained in less than a year. The serious nature of the REMS products the FDA required specific training that was ongoing throughout my time with Celgene and I was able to pass each test and make sure the company was FDA compliant. My qualifications include good communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Not just great at customer service but also for my management and leadership skills.
