Next, supported permanent IT searches for Horsham, PA's NutriSystem, Inc., and then Baltimore, MD’s ProMetric, Inc., an education/testing software firm.      I then spent a year as Director of Recruiting for Clear Align, LLC, an optical/aerospace manufacturing firm headquartered in Eagleville, PA, executing successful searches for high-level engineering positions that included  Sr. Optical Engineer, Fiber Laser Engineer, and IR/Visible Imaging Assembly Engineer, as well as for lower-level roles throughout the company.        In early 2009, COMSYS purchased TWC and renamed the company TAPFIN Direct Workforce Solutions. I was laid off in the downturn of 2009.
