Next, supported permanent IT searches for Horsham, PA's NutriSystem, Inc., and then Baltimore, MD’s ProMetric, Inc., an education/testing software firm.      I then spent a year as Director of Recruiting for Clear Align, LLC, an optical/aerospace manufacturing firm headquartered in Eagleville, PA, executing successful searches for high-level engineering positions that included  Sr. Optical Engineer, Fiber Laser Engineer, and IR/Visible Imaging Assembly Engineer, as well as for lower-level roles throughout the company.        In early 2009, COMSYS purchased TWC and renamed the company TAPFIN Direct Workforce Solutions. I was laid off in the downturn of 2009. As a self-starter and innovative thinker, I helped roll out the Creator Partnerships program at °1824. °1824 is the internal creative agency at Universal Music Group that works with all labels on campaigns for rising artists. Through extensive research and communication, I led a team of ten employees in presenting the official Influencer Marketing Strategy to the company. This opportunity allowed for my organization, leadership and presentation skills to flourish. As a Marketing Representative, my weekly routines included researching potential partners, meeting and calling creators daily, selling our creator program to them and working multiple campaigns at once. Priority marketing campaigns constantly shifted and I learned to easily adjust. The timelines and deadlines set for the influencer campaigns boosted my ability to work with a remote team, both professionally and diligently. For each influencer campaign, I helped ideate and execute the marketing strategy, providing copy and video instructions to creators, as well as weekly reports to my supervisors. The PR Internship at Republic Records refined my attention to detail as I tracked and reported press coverage through internal emails. I also organized multiple databases for the team on Microsoft Office and Excel. In the Republic Marketing Internship, I prepared company events, formatted budget spreadsheets on Excel, updated one-sheets and edited social media content.
