Myself Dhanashree Dattatray Joshi. I had completed my B. Sc (IT) in last year with pointer 9 from Amravati University. Apart from that I've also worked on documentation process, whenever candidate got shortlisted for company collecte all documents from candidates. Apart from that I've worked with campaign recruiting. I had done Campus recruiting with different institutions and colleges for my company. I was working on various projects with my current organization. I had also worked as an project representative with the my previous company, as an project representative I had to handle 5-7 team of people with me. My roles and responsibilities was to delivered presentations on various projects handed by company. Coming to strengths, my strengths are I'm very confident person apart from that I'm very optimistic. Im very focused towards work unless or until I complete it. I'm not get easily distracted from my work. I'm interested with Wono.Inc I'm looking for full-time position at Wono.Inc. I'm very passionate about same field, as I had experience in this field. Dear Sir/ Mam, I am currently in my third year. My last exams will be done by mid-may. In this lockdown, I've kept myself busy with courses : Preparing to Manage Human Resources and Recruitinng, Hiring and Onboarding Employees, which I have completed, and I have started the next course in this Specialisation which is Managing Employee Performance; Also, Spanish and MS Excel for Business Specialisation. Due to this pandemic, my classes are declared to be held online for the most part of my final year. Thus, I am planning to opt for a job. I did a one month internship in a start up, I was responsible for managing the major Human Resource processes, including Recruiting, Basic IT Recruitment, Hiring and Onboarding Employees. I was also responsible for HR operations, like maintaining employee records I did a 3 month internship in a start-up, which ended in this November, where I was in the Placement Cell, and I was responsible for Email Marketing, Hiring and conducting interviews, I was also responsible for the Onboarding and Induction process of the new joinees. Lastly, I was enthrusted for being the Reporting Manager of the Legal Team of the company. While working for the above mentioned internship I also did a one month internship to enhance my skills in recruitment and management. I was responsible for recruiting job seekers from job portals and assist them in completeting the task before deadline specified by the authorities. I have also finished an internship with a reputed instituition in the initial part of the year of 2020 and I want to take my acquired knowledge further. Being a novice in Ms Excel and Computer Prompt, I learnt alot from this internship and got a chance to enhance my computer skills to a large extent.
