I am a great communicator. I can present my ideas well in-person, in writing and through social media. I've worked hard to sharpen those skills because I feel that the value of a great idea is lost if I can't present it in a way that others can understand. I think that dealing with customers will be the most important part of my work. For my previous work experience in a shop, I needed to develop a good understanding of the 10 model of vehicle we sold so I could help customers. I also learned to be polite and keep smiling, even with some of the more challenging shoppers. I think that this was a great lesson for me.
