Working with the language company made me enjoy other languages and cultures even more than before. As a result, I set my mind to move to Germany in order to experience another language, a different culture and apply my marketing skills to an international company, HUGO BOSS. On the Performance Marketing Team, I worked on the paid search campaigns and closely with the social media team. For paid search and social, I ensured my budget of 100,000€ would reach the companies KPI’s, and I would present the information to the team in an excel sheet highlighting the important data. In addition to optimizing my budget, I worked on a project for the internal company blog. I would create, organize, and write blog posts to explain what the Performance Marketing Team is changing, testing, and developing.
