Within a span of four months, I was able to single-handedly take engagement rate to about 5% and gain close to 4000 followers. For another similar brand which is very new in the market, I was able to increase engagement rate to 7.5%. All this was possible because of a thorough content strategy and targeted marketing as part of the digital marketing plan. 4. A vital part of my current role is to ensure I coordinate with top stakeholders of the company so as to plan and execute marketing campaigns in line with organisational goals. Being an MNC, I also coordinate with our global counterparts on standardising our marketing strategies across the world. This entails following and developing an editorial calendar, keeping digital strategies in line with it, regionalising content and measuring the success of it all. Some common metrics used are lead generation through social channels and websites, client specific campaign results and sales conversions. 5.
