Plan and book travel arrangements and venues for company events. Schedule meetings and plan various department activities and calendars. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a clerical position. Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes. Proficiency with MS Office. Outstanding communication and organizational skills. Must be a fast typist with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

We are looking for a person who can data from one certificate and accurately enter it into a new branded sheet up to 15 number / word entries per page. instructions for each type of page will be provided. we are looking for a price per page this will be on going work if suitable and involves thousands of pages per month. we would anticipate one page to take only a couple of minutes to complete one trained.
