Duties Observes swimming area to ensure safety of patrons. Ensures the swimming area is open to patrons at scheduled times and only authorized persons are admitted to the area. After 40 hours, pay is $22.50/hour Hours: Monday – Friday The operator will be on his or her feet for 60% of the shift. Upper body (both arms) will be used 60% of the shift. Looping and strapping coils’ is in a stand-up position and the upper body is used to handle the strapping, air tightener and gripper tools. Operating the lift truck will take up 35% of the operators shift. Bander will be expected to safely operator and maintain lift truck to all OSHA requirements. Making tags and tagging coils will require the balance of the operators shift. Position Responsibilities: • Perform manual labor along a production line, operate production line machinery, and may perform minor repairs to parts as necessary. Perform basic and detailed assembly tasks and/or perform many manual / assembly duties. • Perform repetitious and previously performed work without supervisory and technical assistance. • Multi-tasking that requires focused concentration is expected to be learned – must be willing to cross train. • Work from verbal or written instructions, work specifications, etc.Utilize production tools including hand tools and precision devices. • Assist in providing on-the-job training to new employees. • Comply with general work rules -- responsible for quality of own work, housekeeping of own work area, and to work safely. • Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary. PPE Requirement: PPE requirements and dress-code: We request Steel Toe Boots that cover your ankle, long pants, a long sleeve or short sleeve t-shirt, Yellow reflective vests provided, Safety glasses and Mask Required.
