OnBase ECM Systems Analysis Sr. Specialist Currently, we are seeking an experienced OnBase ECM Systems Analysis Sr. Specialist to join our IT team. This position will be a member of an established team that provides application development, reporting, and production support to several core business applications built using the OnBase WorkView and Workflow modules from Hyland Software. This position requires no travel. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze, design and prepare application/system specifications for information systems solutions which address business needs and methods for testing and installing them. Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user defined needs. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering project timeline, and form of desired results. Prepare detailed specifications from which solutions will be designed and built. Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Work with business management to identify and specify the complex business requirements and processes. Collaborate with developers and business owners during testing and implementation process (e.g., diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.). Coordinates activities with other IT sections (e.g., data base, telecommunications, operations, technical support, etc.). Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis. Project Description: Performs GMP visual inspection of incoming materials (consumables and raw materials) per standard operating procedures and material specifications. Executes routine inventory transactions in electronic systems such as SAP and Syncade (Manufacturing Execution System). Performs routine execution of GMP documentation to support disposition of incoming materials. Assist in the startup of the Clients' Cell Therapy facility, including: Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Practices (WPs) with management guidance Participates in business processes to monitor and track routine workload Works closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and QA Management with to escalate and report discrepancies in the incoming material process.
