Creating an Excel Spreadsheet for Tracking
I am looking to create an Excel Spreadsheet to track future prospects. I have highlighted the details that needs to be in the excel sheet. - broken down into different months - categorized into Q1, Q2, A3, Q4 - a column for "names" of the patients who booked a discovery call - a column for the date they booked a call with us - a column for the date of their discovery call - 3 columns of where the client found us (1) Google Search (2) Doctor Referral (3) Social Media. These numbers to be auto populated so we can see a running total - a column if they showed up to the discovery call - a column if they signed up for our program - a column for notes - colour coordinated for each month I have attached a screenshot of an example that I liked. I liked how the picture is colour coordinated and very easy to read.
