Downsizing Massive PhotoShop Files

Hello everyone I have one software for social media marketing I want to create a banner to highlight software feature and also attract new user banner publish on my web site and also chrome store i attach some other company banner as reference please find the attachment i need 4 to 5 banner.

We are developing a simple website that will offer promo codes for different brands. We are using wix and we need to develop the website connected to a database that we can easily remove and new codes without affecting the formatting. The website is already up however we need someone to work on the website design. We need to have access to backend of the store to amend seemlessly.

We have existing marketing PDFs about products/services (text and graphics) and need someone to put that into our new design and colors with our logo, font type etc). Overall it is about 30 pages total and most of the pages will have text copied from existing PDF, but company logo replaced, company name changes, colors changed as needed. Many existing graphic can be copied and will not need any re-design or changes.
