JOB DESCRIPTION The Administration and Finance Department manages Agency budgets and helps coordinate departmental spending, manages day-to-day office management including supplies, security, facilities, and equipment and is responsible for all payments to organizations, individuals, vendors, and staff through the payroll system. The Fiscal Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the fiscal team. Tasks include data entry, filing, and outreach to agency staff, grantees, and vendors to secure necessary contracting documentation. Duties and Responsibilities: Being a point of contact between fiscal department and staff or external contacts Writing and issuing emails or making phone calls on behalf of fiscal staff to resolve various issues. Processing fiscal contracts including data entry, review of documents, copying, mailing, and maintaining files. Schedule to be agreed upon within normal weekday business hours. COMPENSATION $21.00 an hour This is a temporary, contract position for 20 hours a week. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Below are characteristics we will look for in the selection process.
