Make 3D Ducting Drawings

I'm purchasing a home that will be remodeled internally including updating and enlarging windows, moving the staircase and removing an interior wall. I'm looking for drawings that will support the building permit process, electrical and plumbing contractors, and addition of basement egress windows. The home is about 2400 square feet and has 2 levels.
