Marketing video editing

I need an expert who can create a video for our android app that we can use for marketing. Should be small 30 seconds video

To make small clips of videos for social media marketing. The main video will be given by us which needs to be clipped and edited into small 1 min bites with subtitles and some video effects. Those are the learning videos.

Looking for an editor to make a product walk-through video for a SaaS product, a chrome extension. Video will be mix of screen recordings and animations. Editor should be acquainted with Figma since many features are still being designed. Scripting and voice-over to be covered by the editor. Video length: 90-120 seconds.
