Obtain all required information needed in order to process requests. Qualifications Post-secondary education or equivalent. Strong written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented, extremely high level of accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Position is 100% computer-based, and as such has a very high requirement for typing speed and accuracy. A successful applicant will have a minimum assessed typing speed of 40wpm with 95%+ accuracy Position is 100% work from home with equipment to be supplied by the employer. A successful applicant is required to provide a minimum internet requirement of a consistent 40mbps down. Security background check and fingerprinting required. Must follow US vacation schedule.
