PHP / Laravel Marketplace with design and SEO content

Hello everyone, I am searching for somebody who can scrape data from a website! I tried it myself but have no experience at all with it. The scraped data has to refresh himself, so take that in mind. Thanks in advance!

I have a simple web application that imports journal entries to Quickbooks Online using their API. They have updated their guidelines and now the app no longer works. Here is the message I receive when trying to obtain a new authorization token: "This app no longer meets our guidelines and standards. It's no longer available and you can't connect to it. Reach out to the app developer for support." The original developer is no longer available. I need someone to update it to the latest guidelines and also adjust the script so it will automatically update the token when needed.
