IS Trainer-EPIC-Contract to Hire-East Bay Area

Overall Summary: The primary responsibilities of the IS Trainer is to perform frequent gap analysis on the user workflows, create best practices and train users on best practices to improve overall user productivity. The other duties will include training new staff and providers, working with compliance and quality department to find gaps in data collection, design user workflow and train the users to efficiently collect required data. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and updating our training program to ensure providers and support staff have the skills and education needed to provide measurable quality care to our patients. Essential Responsibilities: Serve as a key training resource. Train new staff and providers on OCHIN EPIC EHR, Wisdom, and our other applications as needed. Ensure that training content is current and available. Provide project management support for EPIC and other IS related training. Analyze gaps in workflow by frequently shadowing staff. Create best practice workflow documents. Train and retrain users in order to increase best practice adoption. Identify super users and physician champions and work with them to increase user productivity. Work with IS Leadership and Helpdesk to determine repeated training issues and help reduce the ticket volume by training the users. Create training documents for OCHIN EPIC and other application upgrades and training. Want to service and repair electrical systems on full-size SUV vehicles? We are looking for a skilled Automotive Electrical Technician in the St. Louis, MO area -are you the one? Our team needs someone to take responsibility for repairing electrical wiring to OEM standards, diagnosing problems within all vehicle electrical systems, repairing damaged electrical parts, and maintaining electrical repair equipment. This will include on-site repair at an OEM customer's facility. But it's not all troubleshooting and repair, you'll also install new vehicle wiring systems per OEM standards and provide on-site leadership with estimated time for repairs We'll look to you to act as a Subject Matter Expert for other repair personnel by providing interpretation of vehicle electrical system architectures and schematics.
