CITY OF RICHMOND HEIGHTS Independent Contractor POSITION TITLE: Group Exercise Instructor/Sub REPORTS TO: Recreation Manager POSITION SUMMARY: The Group Exercise Instructor/Sub will lead members, in a group environment, through a format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength and endurance, while ensuring the safety of our members. The Group Exercise Instructor/Sub will also serve as a resource to educate members on various aspects of fitness. FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Essential Functions: Develop positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining group fitness classes.Clean and organize after each Group Fitness class.Promote THE HEIGHTS promotions and services to class participants.Motivate members to continue to attend Group Fitness classes at THE HEIGHTS Environmental/Atmospheric Conditions: Environmental and atmospheric conditions commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job. Overall Summary: The primary responsibilities of the IS Trainer is to perform frequent gap analysis on the user workflows, create best practices and train users on best practices to improve overall user productivity. The other duties will include training new staff and providers, working with compliance and quality department to find gaps in data collection, design user workflow and train the users to efficiently collect required data. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and updating our training program to ensure providers and support staff have the skills and education needed to provide measurable quality care to our patients. Essential Responsibilities: Serve as a key training resource. Train new staff and providers on OCHIN EPIC EHR, Wisdom, and our other applications as needed. Ensure that training content is current and available. Provide project management support for EPIC and other IS related training. Analyze gaps in workflow by frequently shadowing staff. Create best practice workflow documents. Train and retrain users in order to increase best practice adoption. Identify super users and physician champions and work with them to increase user productivity. Work with IS Leadership and Helpdesk to determine repeated training issues and help reduce the ticket volume by training the users. Create training documents for OCHIN EPIC and other application upgrades and training. Work with departments to identify gaps in data collection and train users to improve KPIs and other reporting metrics. Support with tier II and III application issues and mentor IS Helpdesk. Assist with ongoing development, implementation and customization of the EMR. Create and edit EMR templates in collaboration with Clinical leadership. Participate in testing new functionality and/or software upgrades. Provide support for any Go Live projects. Qualifications: Required education, experience, training: Minimum 2 years supporting EPIC applications. Familiarity with EPIC Clarity database. BS degree in business systems, computing or related field or combination and/or education and experience is necessary. Minimum 3 years business systems experience. OCHIN EPIC site specialist or certification within 90 days of hire. Experience in training users in EPIC. Experience with EPIC upgrades and usage of upgrade tools. Proven ability to communicate effectively with various levels of knowledge, skills and responsibilities. Strong understanding and experience with clinical workflows. Detail oriented, fast-paced, adaptable to rapidly changing situations with a strong understanding of customer relations. Highly organized and task driven. Preferred education, experience and training: Prior experience assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating training needs. Strong understanding of CMS Meaningful Use, HRSA UDS Reporting, PCMH and PQRS reporting preferred. Pay Rate: 40/hr

Want to service and repair electrical systems on full-size SUV vehicles? We are looking for a skilled Automotive Electrical Technician in the St. Louis, MO area -are you the one? Our team needs someone to take responsibility for repairing electrical wiring to OEM standards, diagnosing problems within all vehicle electrical systems, repairing damaged electrical parts, and maintaining electrical repair equipment. This will include on-site repair at an OEM customer's facility. But it's not all troubleshooting and repair, you'll also install new vehicle wiring systems per OEM standards and provide on-site leadership with estimated time for repairs We'll look to you to act as a Subject Matter Expert for other repair personnel by providing interpretation of vehicle electrical system architectures and schematics. And you'll be expected to communicate and share lessons learned with site leadership and other repair personnel on a timely basis Some of the other day to day activities will be to Repair and troubleshoot immobilizer and alarm systems Diagnose electrical issues and execute a course of action Repair and replace faulty wiring or electrical systems Service of electrical automotive parts Service and repair electrical systems on full-size SUV vehicles Maintain a clean working environment Complete job reports and processing paperwork Instruct and guide other repair personnel to improve their understanding of vehicle electrical systems and subsystems Present and demonstrate efficient and effective methods of diagnosing and correcting vehicle electrical systems and sub-system deficiencies Conduct root cause analysis to accurately identify the cause(s) of vehicle deficiencies To be successful in this role, the manager would like to see: A Minimum of 5 years' experience working with automotive electrical systems Associates Degree or Certificate in Automotive Technology, Auto Dealer/Aftermarket Certificate(s) or other related discipline. Desired skillset is an Auto Technician/Auto Electronics Technician ASE Certified in Electrical/Electronics or State equivalent Must be a US Citizen with a Valid Driver's License Experience in (ideally advanced knowledge of) modern vehicular electrical systems Ability to work in confined vehicle spaces -working on these systems you'll need to be able to work standing or in a crouched position for extended periods Complex problem-solving skills Good communication skills -Ability to effectively conduct one-on-one and small group discussions Ability to distinguish subtle color variations Demonstrated knowledge of automotive systems from an advanced diagnostics perspective Experience in reading and interpreting a digital multimeter, OEM diagnostic scan tool and other automotive related diagnostic test equipment Ability to interpret early engineering level electrical schematic diagrams Ability to work independently without supervision Any additional ASE certifications a plus Ideal candidate will be a Master Auto Technician but not required Experience as a shop foreman or lead technician a plus Automotive electrical schematic development experience helpful Tired of never hearing back from your applications?
