Secondary School Counselor Long Term Substitute

I’m looking for a cat designer who is having knowledge Concept prototyping and for some one Who can go above and beyond in solving the problem

I have 3 tasks that needs to be done in 3 days, all of the datasets will be provided. The tasks are about : - Cluster Analysis Using Fuzzy C-Means - Clustering Using Genetic Algorithm - Simulated Annealing and Genetic Algorithm

I have a file where I want to return the "premiumed_subtotal" but cant seem to solve for it. Seems like sympy should be the best options but my attempts are returning an empty matrix. I have two original_subtotal equations that contain premiumed_subtotal - see file attached.

I would like a more professional statistician to double check some work and provide guidance on optimal presentation of data and analysis. This is probably very brief and easy- I doubt more than an hour would be required, but I would like someone who has a good command of data visualization and who could eventually also assist me on statistical significance for future projects, if a good rapport can be established.
