Primary Accountabilities Working in a fast paced, continuously evolving service delivery environment, you scrutinize records, process documents, and apply relevant legislation and policy. You also issue primary identity documents such as Driver's Licences and Nova Scotia Identification cards. Other key responsibilities include maintaining security/control of public funds and issuing and securing control of serial numbered and non-serial numbered inventory. While exercising a high degree of confidentiality, you accurately enter and retrieve data from automated systems. In your work, you interact with the general public, providing excellent customer service. Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this position, you hold a minimum of four years of experience in a fast-paced, front line customer service environment. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. You are a flexible team-player with strong customer service skills, and you complete your work with efficiency and accuracy. In addition, you possess the following: Experience in balancing accounts; Excellent attention to detail; Excellent judgment; Strong communication skills; Demonstrated ability to diplomatically deal with the general public and to effectively manage difficult client engagements; Strong data entry and computer skills; A high aptitude to acquire, retain, organize and apply policies and procedures; Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills. (San Francisco, Mission District) We are currently seeking professional model makers who can step in and be productive without training or extensive supervision and have no other work commitments. Ideally, we need you to be able to start right away. Your knowledge and experience with Autocad and Rhino, as well as years working in a professional model shop environment are essential. We are accepting only experienced applicants who are interested in making a long-term commitment at this time (no interns or contractors in response to this posting, please). We are routinely offer opportunities for interns & contractors, but are needing professionals with experience who are interested in being leaders on teams as we build the business back up from the recession. We are highly organized, have a very clean design studio and facility and are proud to be at the top of our profession. This is a full-time position. Salary depends on your skill set, your years of experience in professional model making, and your ability to hit the ground running and get the job done.
