Here are the details: Job Title: Clinical Document Archivist Location: East Hanover, NJ Contract Length: 12 months long term contract Job Description: 1. Approve, index, archive and acknowledge receipt of clinical documents. 2. Support Clinical document archival requests by verifying compliance with the archival guidelines/SOP. 3. Act as Business Administrator of indexing database (new user registration, thesaurus update, password management) 4. Perform Quality check steps on documents to be archived, prior and after reception, as per SOP/FRM. 5. Ensure archive relevant storage conditions and handle the archive maintenance reports 6. Extract list of available clinical documents, scan, import, bookmarking and provide requested documents to requester for complex business, legal and regulatory or audit purposes. 7. Effective space management of Archival room. 8. Promote best documentation practice to line functions to ensure that documents created/generated in the course of clinical trial are managed and archived in accordance with GCP guidelines and client SOPs 9. Handling binders/ Box and movement with weight approximately 40 pounds 10. Tracking and monitoring Regulatory Submission related requirements through email communication for various studies and prioritize the same according to the submission timeline. 11.
