Hello I’m looking for a personal assistant that will be in charge of listing my property online and be paid $500 weekly

The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) is presently accepting resumes for contractual Horse Racing Stewards. The contractor will be paid a rate of $500 a day, unless the number of hours worked are four (4) or less. If four (4) hours or less are worked, the Contractor will receive $250 for that day. Contractor will be paid bi-weekly. The initial term of the contract shall be from March 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 and September 9, 2022 to December 23, 2022. Essential Job Functions: Interpret and enforce the Michigan Gaming Control Board Horse Racing General Act and Rules and determine all questions, disputes, complaints, or objection relating to racing matters in accordance with applicable laws. Issue decisions relating to the conduct of a race or race meeting. Oversee the conduct of live races and decide the official order of finish, including determining whether a horse should be disqualified. Oversee the taking of entries and supervise all scratches. Prepare reports of all actions taken and observations made during each day’s race program. Monitor performance of race officials at each race meeting. Conduct adjudicatory hearings and impose penalties for unethical practices or violations of racing rules, consistent with commission policy and guidelines. Serve as primary liaison with racetrack management regarding conduct of live racing, to resolve problems and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements. The SOC is located at 300 Richards Blvd, Sacramento, where the team works alongside sworn officers of the Sacramento Police Department (SPD).SacRT's SOC work environment is very dynamic, providing a variety of tasks throughout the day. The SOC operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and offers a variety of shifts with flexible schedules for full-time and part-time positions. These positions are contract positions and no benefits are provided.Examples of DutiesThe SOC Specialists perform a variety of tasks, including, but are not limited to:Operate 2-way radio to communicate with SacRT staff, law enforcement officers, (SPD) volunteers and other guards.Handle and screen incoming calls from the AlertSacRT mobile reporting app, which includes speaking with potential crime victims, witnesses and other SacRT patrons reporting problems, and coordinate the appropriate response in a timely manner.Provide records, warrants and other related information using local and state law enforcement databases.Use light rail station and train video surveillance equipment to search and identify system related problems, suspicious activity or terrorist threats.Coordinate and manage response efforts for high priority and emergency type of calls for service.Record video from live train footage as requested and maintain accurate documentation of all recorded video.Review video footage from light rail station stations and trains, and buses for issues such as: passenger injuries, unattended items (bicycles, backpacks, carts, etc.), passenger interactions, vehicles blocking the track, and interactions between officers and passengers.Respond to, and process requests for video footage via phone and email, and accurately document all requests. Record requested video from all appropriate sources and complete appropriate documentation.Minimum QualificationsQualification Standards: HS Diploma or GED is required. No experience is required, however, radio/dispatch experience is preferred and bilingual skills is a plus.
