What You'll Do: Initiate artwork in Veeva Vault for each new/revised labeling component. Assess labeling requests to ensure that all relevant information required to develop artwork is included; (Regulatory drafts, labeling colors, trade dress, technical drawings, bar codes, item codes, and country requirements, Etc.) Assess incoming requests to identify critical tasks and proactively initiate and ensure efficient and compliant implementation. Develop the artwork preparation instructions and execute the necessary forms required to develop artwork right the first time within the Artwork Management Team Department. Act as a liaison between the stakeholders, manufacturing sites, and corporate departments to compile all relevant information needed to accurately develop, review, and approve labeling artwork. Responsible for assignment, and logging of all codes where applicable (bar codes, human readable characters, components number, and revision number) to the requested labeling. Add code and revision information to the Veeva Project Binder. Responsible for compliance with current appropriate Federal Regulations and guidelines on artwork and labeling, labeling format, and relevant SOP's. Follows company Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. Other projects and duties as required/assigned. The IDEAL candidate must have: At least Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in pharmaceutical labeling artwork development. Preferred BA Degree. Minimum of 2 years of working experience in pharmaceutical labeling and packaging, or printing industry. Must have computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. Must have good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be able to review and process detailed information. Familiarity with Veeva Vault a big plus Knowledge and understanding of artwork creation and printing industry processes. Project management experience.
