I have highlighted the details that needs to be in the excel sheet. - broken down into different months - categorized into Q1, Q2, A3, Q4 - a column for "names" of the patients who booked a discovery call - a column for the date they booked a call with us - a column for the date of their discovery call - 3 columns of where the client found us (1) Google Search (2) Doctor Referral (3) Social Media.
