Responsibilities: Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working. Thoroughly clean guest rooms including: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting. Restock and replace used items within guest rooms. Communicate clean status of each room to office coordinator upon completion. Stock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and well organized at all times. Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order. Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner. Maintain awareness of in-house groups, meetings, and locations by reviewing dailies in order to answer questions for guests. Attend department meetings and company required training. Complete other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: Qualifications: Previous Housekeeping experience is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, push, pull, stoop, bend and lift items of moderate weight for an entire shift.
