Who You Are: Comfortable in a highly deadline-driven environment, and able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to rapidly shifting priorities Enjoys leveraging technology to make the job easier Someone who excels at developing and fostering positive team dynamics Someone who thrives in an account leadership role Someone who has the ability to work overtime or travel, as needed What You'll Do: Proficiency in navigating a matrix organization, collaborating with multi-disciplinary project teams, meeting client and management expectations, and ensuring live event deliverables and programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters Responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships through focused attention to detail, team leadership, clear, concise communications, and a sense of urgency Work to ensure there is a seamless handoff for new opportunities from the sales team to the project execution team and relay client requests to the team in a timely manner and with defined next steps/deliverables Establish a comprehensive program tracking report to share with clients on the status of their live/virtual events Maintain a strong knowledge of client organizations, products, disease states, and medical education Schedule and conduct kick-off, interim, and post-event meetings for each project, and provide ongoing updates to client and team as required on each initiative to ensure successful management and completion Provide senior level support for Brand and MLR/PRC engagement First point of escalation for program managerss and internal teams for ongoing workflow questions, client issues, etc Serve as a collaborative partner to consistently provide value and expertise from project inception to execution and minimize our exposure and risk to successful, on-time delivery of all projects Required Skills: Bachelor Degree required or equivalent experience Minimum three (3) years of account management experience required; within the healthcare environment or medical education environment Must have experience with Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) Prior working experience in Workfront is a plus Experience in an external client-facing environment Strong technical knowledge in virtual and streaming platforms is a plus Highly professional, ability to work independently, and easy rapport in building collaborative work relationships Outstanding time management and organizational skills and possess an eye for details Ability to provide creative solutions independently or within a team dynamic as issues arise Excellent verbal communication, writing, and grammar skills Ability to work extended hours to meet clients' business needs, if needed. Travel may be required.
