I, Wilson Tharakan, a Commerce Graduate from the University of Kerala currently residing & working in Delhi. I have been working as an Executive Assistant to the M.D. for the last 5 years. My main duties are to provide high-level administrative support that involves preparing reports, sending replies to mail, correspondence, scheduling meetings, planning business trips.  Support the MD in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision-making.  Handling confidential information  Draft correspondence including memoranda, organisational reporting and other documents.  Support by assisting with incoming calls, emails, time requests, preparing appropriate responses and follow-up tasks  Coordinate for collection of daily and monthly sales reports, process monthly travel expense reports. I also handled the following matters when I was working with CIRC Other administrative functions:  Managed Leave and attendance record, and Personal Files  Arranged periodic meetings of the Managing Committee and Governing Council. Prepares and circulates agenda and other meeting materials for the MC/GC.  Overall assistance to the organization in planning, various long term and short term programs, workshops and seminars being organized by the Institute  Day-to-day purchase, maintenance and management of office assets
